Cloudy, isolated light rains forecast for Metro Manila
The northeast monsoon will be affecting Luzon and the Visayas on Wednesday, PAGASA reported on its early morning forecast.
Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains due to the northeast monsoon. The weather bureau warned residents in these provinces that flash floods and landslides are possible during moderate to at times heavy rains.
The Cordillera Administrative Region and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains also due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and the Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon.
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau warns that flash floods are possible during severe thunderstorm.
Luzon and the eastern sections of the Visayas and of Mindanao will have strong winds from the northeast while coastal waters will be rough.
The rest of the country will experience moderate to strong winds from northeast to east and moderate to rough coastal waters. — BAP, GMA News
