Cloudy, light rains for many parts of PHL

The northeast monsoon will continue to affect the entire country on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

The Visayas and Caraga, due to the northeast monsoon, will be cloudy with light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The wind speed in the eastern section of the country will be moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

In extreme northern Luzon, wind speed is moderate to strong moving southeast to east with moderate to rough coastal waters.

The wind speed for the rest of the country will be light to moderate moving northeastward as coastal water will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
