Most PHL cities to have cloudy weather

A frontal system will be affecting northern Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Batanes and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with light rains while Isabela and Aurora will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Forecast wind for northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will have moderate to strong wind speed moving towards east to northeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
