Tail-end of a cold front seen to bring rains in northern, central Luzon

The tail-end of a cold front is expected to bring rains in northern and central Luzon on Thursday, according to a forecast by GMA resident meteorologist Nathaniel "Mang Tani" Cruz in GMA's 24 Oras on Wednesday night.

Citing data from MetraWeather, Mang Tani said the regions of Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera may expect rains all throughout the day.

The forecast is the same for the provinces of Nueva Ecija and Tarlac.

In Mindanao, Davao region is expected to experience rainshowers.

The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Caraga, and Soccsksargen may expect thunderstorms in the afternoon.

On the other hand, there is a low chance of rain in the Visayas. — Dona Magsino/BAP, GMA News
