Cloudy, scattered rains in many parts of northern Luzon due to frontal system

The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the frontal system that will be affecting northern Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warned that flash floods and landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

The forecast wind speed for Luzon is light to moderate moving east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

In the Visayas and Mindanao, forecast wind speed is light to moderate moving eastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
