Parts of NCR to experience partly cloudy skies, light rains on Wednesday —PAGASA
Parts of Metro Manila will experience partly cloudy skies with light rainshowers on Wednesday afternoon, according to a report by Nathaniel "Mang Tani" Cruz on 24 Oras on Tuesday.
The rest of Luzon, meanwhile, will experience rains the whole afternoon, especially in Batanes, Cagayan, Apayaw, and Palawan.
The regions of Cordillera, Isabella, Aurora, MIMAROPA, and Bicol on Wednesday afternoon will experience moderate rains.
Mindanao will experience generally good weather aside from strong storms over Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, and SOCCSKSARGEN until Wednesday evening.
Cruz also warned the public against flash floods caused by thunderstorms.
The gale warning issued over Batanes, Cagayan, including the Babuyan group of islands, and Ilocos Norte is still up.
Meanwhile, the low pressure area (LPA) being monitored by PAGASA east of Luzon is already being considered by the Japan Meteorological Agency as a storm.
Mang Tani said the LPA was estimated 1,505 kilometers east of Central Luzon.
The LPA is almost within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), moving closer to northern Luzon. — Joahna Lei Casilao/MDM, GMA News
