Cloudy skies, isolated rains forecast over PHL
The northeasterly surface windflow will prevail over Luzon on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning weather forecast.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau added that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorm.
The forecast wind speed in the extreme northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The forecast wind speed rest of Luzon is light to moderate moving northeastward while coastal waters is slight to moderate.
In Visayas and Mindanao the forecast wind speed is light to moderate moving northeast to east while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate. — BAP, GMA News
