Scattered rains over MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Aklan, Antique and Capiz due to LPA
A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was located at 320 kilometers northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan and will bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms to MIMAROPA, CALABARZON and the provinces of Aklan, Antique and Capiz, PAGASA reported in its early morning weather forecast.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon that will be affecting extreme northern Luzon on Tuesday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
The weather bureau warned that flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorm.

The forecast wind speed for the rest of Luzon is moderate moving eastward while coastal waters will be moderate.
