Yellow rainfall warning for Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Bataan

PAGASA on Wednesday evening issued a yellow rainfall warning for Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Bataan due to Typhoon Ursula.

In its 9 p.m. advisory, the weather bureau cautioned against possible flooding in low-lying areas and near river channels.

Meanwhile, Zambales and Bulacan may experience light to moderate rains.

PAGASA advised the public and concerned office to monitor the weather condition and watch for the Severe Weather Bulletin to be issued at 11 p.m. on Wednesday.

Two areas—the Calamian Islands in Palawan and parts of southern Occidental Mindoro (Calintaan, Rizal, San Jose, Magsaysay, Sablayan)—are currently under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 due to Ursula.  — Joahna Lei Casilao/BM, GMA News
