Amihan to bring cloudy skies, light rains over Ilocos Region, CAR, Cagayan Valley
A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted 250 kilometers west of Subic, Zambales but it is the effects of the northeast monsoon will be felt in parts of northern Luzon on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon bu this will have no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flashfloods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
The northern and western sections of northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving eastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
