Scattered rains over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas due to tail-end of the Cold Front


The Tail-End of the Frontal System will affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon as the northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting Northern and Central Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-end of Frontal System with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan will have cloudy skies with rains due to northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Ilocos Region and rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Mindanao, meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Luzon will have a strong wind speed forecast moving northeast with rough coastal waters.

The eastern and western sections of Visayas and eastern section of Mindanao will have moderate to strong wind speed moving in the northeast direction while coastal waters are  moderate to rough / (2.5 to 4.0 meters)

The rest of the country will have light to moderate moving in the east to northeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
