Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Cagayan Valley, Aurora due to the shear line
The shear line will be affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon on Saturday, PAGASA reported.
Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Ilocos Region and the Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact,
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorm with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas is moderate to strong moving in the east to northeast direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.
Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
