Cloudy skies, isolated rains forecasted over the country due to localized thunderstorms

The ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) will be extending over the eastern section of Luzon on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the whole archipelago is light to moderate moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
