Cloudy skies, isolated rains forecasted over NCR, rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms
The ridge of the High Pressure Area will be extending over northern and central Luzon while the easterlies will affect the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon residents will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
