HPA ridge, localized thunderstorms to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over parts of the country

The ridge of the High Pressure Area (HPA) will be extending over northern and central Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the ridge of HPA / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The whole country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
