Thunderstorm advisory up over Metro Manila, 5 Luzon provinces

Metro Manila and five provinces are set to experience moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds in the next two to three hours.
In a thunderstorm advisory issued at 5:40 p.m., state weather bureau PAGASA said the other affected areas are:
- Laguna,
- Tarlac,
- Pampanga,
- Nueva Ecija, and
- Bulacan.
It added moderate to heavy rains are being experienced and may persist within two hours in:
- Batangas (Nasugbu),
- Cavite (Ternate, Maragondon, Magallanes, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Alfonso),
- Bataan (Hermosa, Orani, Samal, Abucay, Balanga, Pilar),
- Zambales (Subic, Olongapo),
- Quezon (Buenavista, San Narciso, Mulanay, Catanauan, Macalelon, General Luna, Lopez). and
- Rizal (Binangonan, Cardona).
Affected residents are advised to take precautionary measures against flash floods and landslides.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
