LPA, easterlies to bring rainy conditions over parts of PH
PAGASA is currently monitoring a low pressure area (LPA) over the waters of San Juan, Batangas.
According to its daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon, the LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, the Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, and Bulacan.
The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao.
The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides may occur due to these weather systems.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters are expected across the country.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:28 a.m. on Wednesday. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
