Habagat to bring cloudy skies, rains over PH
The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over the country on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, Batanes, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Antique, Aklan, Sultan Kudarat, and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon. Flash floods or landslides may possibly result during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for extreme Northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving southwestward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The western section of Central Luzon and the rest of Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds moving southwestward with moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds moving southwestward with slight to moderate coastal waters.
