LPA east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon now Tropical Depression Kiko

The low pressure area (LPA) spotted east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon has developed into Tropical Depression Kiko on Wednesday morning, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

“At 8:00 AM today (03 September), the LPA located east northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon developed into TD KIKO,” PAGASA said in an update. 

“Tropical Cyclone Bulletins will be issued beginning at 11:00 AM today,” it added. — Joviland Rita/RSJ, GMA Integrated News
