Cloudy skies with rains in parts of PH due to ITCZ, Northeasterly wind

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan, while the Northeasterly Windflow will impact the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon, bringing cloudy skies and rains on Wednesday, PAGASA said.

In its weather bulletin, PAGASA said Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan are forecast to have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.

The Northeasterly wind will bring cloudy skies with rains in Quezon and Camarines Norte provinces.

The same weather conditions will affect Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and Aurora, which will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms
