Most parts of PH to see cloudy skies, rains

The Southwesterly Windflow will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, and the Bicol Region, PAGASA said in its forecast early Thursday morning. 

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will occur in the rest of Luzon. 

Winds will be light to moderate, and coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
