LPA near Southeastern Luzon now Tropical Depression Ramil

The low pressure area (LPA) near Southeastern Luzon has developed into a tropical cyclone on early Friday morning.

According to PAGASA's tropical cyclone update at 2 a.m., "the LPA located east of Southeastern Luzon developed into TD #RamilPH."

Tropical Cyclone Bulletins will be issued beginning at 5:00 a.m. Friday. —RF, GMA Integrated News
