Cloudy skies, rains to prevail on Christmas Day
Northern and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains on Christmas Day due to the Northeast Monsoon, PAGASA said on Thursday.
In its weather bulletin, it said that Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Easterlies will give the Bicol Region and Northern Samar cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of CALABARZON will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of the easterlies.
Meanwhile, PAGASA also said that as of 2 a.m., no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
