Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, rain over Palawan, VisMin

The easterlies will prevail over Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.

The rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan).

Winds will be strong along with rough waters in Northern Luzon. The rest of Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will prevail in the rest of the country.
