3 weather systems to bring cloudy skies, rain over parts of PH
The Shear Line will be affecting Southern Luzon the Northeast Monsoon (amihan) will affect Northern and Central Luzon while the effects of the Easterlies will be felt in the rest of the country.
Western Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Romblon, Palawan, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Shear Line. Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and the rest of MIMAROPA and of Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon. Flashfloods or landslides may occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Ilocos Region Cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon but this will have no significant impact.
The rest of country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is strong to gale moving northeastward with rough to very rough coastal waters.
The rest of Luzon will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
