Cloudy skies with light rains over PH on Wednesday  —PAGASA

Several weather systems will prevail over the country, bringing cloudy skies with isolated rains on Wednesday, PAGASA said.

Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms as a result of the shear line.

Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the trough of a low pressure area.

The rest of Eastern Visayas will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

The rest of the country will also see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
