Cloudy skies over Luzon, Visayas due to Northeast Monsoon

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will continue to affect Luzon, including Metro Manila, and the Visayas, bringing cloudy skies with light rain in some parts, PAGASA said on Wednesday.

As of 2 a.m., the state weather bureau also said that no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.

Caraga and Southern Leyte will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains brought by the Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and the rest of Visayas will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the Northeast Monsoon.

The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of localized thunderstorms.
