Amihan to bring light rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas
The Northeast Monsoon, or Amihan, is expected to bring light rains over parts of Luzon on Thursday, the state weather bureau PAGASA said on Wednesday.
According to the 24-hour weather bulletin issued at 4 p.m., Amihan is forecast to bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon Province.
Likewise, Metro Manila and the rest of the country could experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought by Amihan.
Localized thunderstorms, meanwhile, may bring partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Mindanao, Eastern Samar, Leyte, and Southern Leyte.
The state weather bureau warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Sunset is expected at 5:53 p.m. today while the sun will rise at 6:25 a.m. on Thursday. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
