Rains expected over parts of PH due to shear line
The shear line will bring cloudy skies and rains over several parts of the country, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.
In particular, Visayas, Romblon, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Camiguin, and Misamis Oriental will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms.
Localized thunderstorms are expected for the rest of Mindanao, while the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will prevail over the rest of the country.
Winds will be moderate to strong along with moderate to rough coastal water conditions in the northern and eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas as well as the eastern section of Mindanao.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are expected for the rest of the country.
