Localized thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas due to severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough waters may be observed over Southern Luzon and Visayas.
The eastern section of Mindanao and the rest of Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas, while the rest of Mindanao will feel light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
