Cloudy, rainy Wednesday due to Northeast Monsoon, easterlies

The Northeast Monsoon and the easterlies will prevail over parts of the country, bringing scattered rains and cloudy skies, weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Caraga and Davao Region will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte will experience cloudy skies with rains as a result of the Northeast Monsoon.

The Northeast Monsoon will also bring cloudy skies with isolated rains in Metro Manila, Visayas, and the rest of Luzon.

The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
