Cloudy with isolated rains on EDSA anniversary due to easterlies

The easterlies will prevail in the country on February 25, the anniversary of the EDSA People Power revolution, PAGASA said.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said the said weather condition will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, it added that no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
