Amihan, easterlies to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over PH — PAGASA
The northeast monsoon (amihan) will be affecting extreme Northern Luzon while the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the rest of the country, PAGASA reported.
Forecast Weather Conditions
Batanes will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon but this will have no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
The wind speed forecast for Northern and Central Luzon is light to moderate moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
