Cloudy skies, isolated rains to prevail across PH
The Northeast Monsoon and the easterlies continue to prevail across the country bringing cloudy skies and isolated rains, according to PAGASA.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Surigao del Sur, Davao de Oro, and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Batanes, Cagayan, and Apayao will experience cloudy skies with light rains as a result of the Northeast Monsoon.
The same weather system will bring cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Ilocos Norte.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation as of Thursday.
