Cloudy skies, light rains expected as Amihan prevails across PH

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will be felt across the country, bringing cloudy skies and light rains, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.

In Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas, winds will be strong along with rough waters. 

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas are expected in the eastern section of Mindanao and the rest of Luzon and Visayas.

The rest of Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters.
