Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy skies to at times cloudy with rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms in parts of Mindanao due to localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Northern Luzon, the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, the rest of Luzon, and the eastern section of Mindanao will experience moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas.
The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
