Cloudy skies, isolated rains to prevail over Metro Manila, Luzon due to amihan
Metro Manila and many parts of Luzon will continue to experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon or amihan, PAGASA said.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau also said that no low pressure area is being monitored for tropical cyclone formation as of Wednesday.
Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela will have cloudy skies with light rains as a result of the Northeast Monsoon.
The same weather system will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.
The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the localized thunderstorms.
