Cloudy skies, isolated rains in parts of PH due to 3 weather systems

Three weather systems will bring cloudy skies and isolated rain showers to parts of the country on Friday, PAGASA said.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau also said that no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.

Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and Cagayan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Visayas will also see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms as a result of the easterlies.

Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers to Mindanao.  Residents are warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
