The Northeast Monsoon and the easterlies continue to bring cloudy conditions over parts of the country.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Friday afternoon, the Northeast Monsoon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.

The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Caraga, Southern Leyte, and Davao Oriental, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters will be observed throughout the Philippines.
