In its 4 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience brief rainshowers or thunderstorms throughout the day, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe weather conditions.

Winds across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be light to moderate, blowing from the east to northeast. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate, with wave heights ranging from 0.6 to 2.5 meters.

Temperature in Metro Manila reached a high of 31.8°C on Saturday afternoon and dipped to a low of 20.9°C early morning.

For coastal conditions, PAGASA said tides in Manila Bay are expected to reach a high of 0.93 meters before noon and a low of -0.1 meter in the evening.
