Cloudy skies, isolated rains over PH — PAGASA

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the country on Friday, PAGASA reported.

Forecast Weather Conditions

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions

The wind speed forecast for Luzon and Visayas is light to moderate moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to north direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
