Cloudy skies, rain showers expected as easterlies cover PH

The easterlies will affect the whole country in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.

Weather conditions could range from partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Winds will be light to moderate while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
