PAGASA forecast cloudy skies, isolated rains over PH on Good Friday
The easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains over most of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Good Friday, PAGASA reported.
As of 2 a.m., no Low Pressure Areas (LPA) are being monitored for Tropical Cyclone Formation.
Forecast Weather Conditions
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. The weather bureau warns that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is light to moderate moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
