Black Saturday weather: Cloudy with isolated rains in parts of PH due to easterlies
Filipinos will likely see cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in parts of the country on Black Saturday due to the easterlies, PAGASA said in its 4 p.m. weather bulletin.
The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Surigao del Sur and Davao Oriental, the weather bureau said.
Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley.
The rest of the country will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters will be observed nationwide.
