Ridge of HPA affecting Northern, Central Luzon on Monday

The ridge of a high pressure area (HPA) is extending over Northern and Central Luzon on Monday, the state weather bureau said.

In its 4 a.m. public weather forecast, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Northern and Central Luzon, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
