Easterlies to bring scattered rains over eastern Visayas, Mindanao
The easterlies is forecasted to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.
The weather bureau also reported that as of 2 a.m., no Low Pressure Areas (LPAs) are being monitored for Tropical Cyclone Formation.
Forecast Weather Conditions
Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with the possibility that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
The wind speed forecast Luzon and Visayas is light to moderate and moving in the southeast to southwest direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
