Three personnel from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Solana, Cagayan assisted a 32-year-old woman who gave birth inside their ambulance in the early hours of June 1, 2025.

FO2 Aiza Ubiña, one of the emergency medical responders, shared that they were transporting the woman to the hospital when her water broke on the road.

Bandang 2:15 a.m., baby out na po,” she added.

The baby girl was delivered safely and weighed 3.7 kilograms. Both mother and child are now in stable condition.

Netizens praised the quick action of the fire officers.

FO3 Jennilyn Pamittan, who also responded to the emergency, expressed her pride in serving the public.

“We are trained to help and to serve. Bilang BFP personnel, we are equipped with knowledge and skills.
