Three students died after the motorcycle they were riding crashed in Luna, Isabela.
Police said the accident was likely a ‘self-accident.’
Initial investigation showed that the motorcycle may have slipped on a flooded part of the road, causing the riders to be thrown off.
A truck nearby was not involved in the crash, police said.
Authorities are still reviewing footage from CCTV nearby, as of press time.
