The owner of a store that sells balut in Digos City is calling on the police and the local government unit to arrest the man who robbed her store.

The incident, which took place at dawn, reportedly traumatized the owner, which was why she has not reopened her store just yet, as of this writing.

The owner said the incident has also affected small-time businesses, particularly in their area in Barangay Zone 2.

As shown in a CCTV footage, the owner was manning the counter when a man in a jacket and a full face helmet arrived. The man then declared a hold-up and pointed a gun at the owner.

Out of fear, the owner gave the day’s earnings immediately to the man.

The suspect left the store with over P4,000.

The police are yet to identify and arrest the suspect, as of this writing.
