A couple died after a car crashed into the motorcycle they were riding in Barangay Magatos, Asuncion, Davao del Norte.
According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, police said the couple came from Kapalong town and was heading to Tagum City when the incident happened.
Based on investigation, the car was traveling on the opposite direction when the vehicle allegedly overshot upon reaching a curved portion of the road, which caused the collision.
Because of the impact, the victims were thrown off and did not reach the hospital alive.
The driver of the car was taken into police custody after the incident and may face charges.
